Booking Policy

All bookings must be made through our website,  or via WhatsApp. Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of payment and issuance of a booking confirmation email.

 

A deposit or full payment is required to secure your reservation. The payment amount required will be displayed during the booking process. We accept Paystack, Stripe and PayPal for secure online payments.

 

A minimum stay of 3 nights applies for standard bookings. A minimum stay of 7 nights applies during peak season including December and major public holidays. Corporate and long-stay bookings are flexible. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

 

  • More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund of deposit or payment made.
  • 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of total booking value.
  • Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund. The full booking amount is non-refundable.
  • No-show: The full booking amount is non-refundable.

 

Booking modifications including date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original check-in date. Modifications are not guaranteed and may be subject to a price difference.

 

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

 

A booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this within 24 hours of booking.
