Welcome to L&B Signature Stays. To ensure a premium experience for all our guests we kindly ask that you observe the following house guidelines throughout your stay.
General
- No smoking inside the apartment at any time. Designated smoking areas may be available outside the building.
- Please respect your neighbours and maintain low noise levels at all times, particularly between 10pm and 8am.
- Turn off all appliances, lights, and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.

Guests and Visitors
- The number of guests staying in the apartment must not exceed the maximum capacity stated at the time of booking.
- Visitors are welcome during the day but must not stay overnight unless included in the original booking.
Apartment Care
- Please treat the apartment and all its contents with care and respect.
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused beyond normal wear and tear.
- Please keep the apartment in a reasonable condition throughout your stay.
- Housekeeping is available on request — please contact our team to arrange.
Security
- Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment.
- Do not share building access codes or key details with anyone outside your booking party.
- Report any security concerns to building concierge or our team immediately.
Check-Out
- Please vacate the apartment by the stated check-out time.
- Ensure all personal belongings are removed before departure.
- Return all keys and access cards as instructed in your check-out communication.
