About the Apartments

L&B Signature Stays is located in Victoria Island, Lagos — one of the city’s most prestigious addresses. Exact address details are shared upon booking confirmation.

We are a premium serviced apartment brand. Unlike a hotel, our apartments offer full residential living space — including a private kitchen, separate living area, and multiple bedrooms. You have the entire apartment to yourself.

We currently offer two apartments — the East Wing Residence and the Mid Unit Residence. Both are independently available for booking.

Bookings & Pricing

You can book directly through our website — simply select your preferred apartment, choose your dates, and complete payment online. Alternatively, contact us via WhatsApp on +234 806 979 4550 to discuss your requirements.

We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly rates. Pricing varies by season and availability. Current rates are displayed on each apartment’s booking page.

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full details are provided during the booking process.

  • More than 14 days before check-in: Full refund of deposit or payment made.
  • 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of total booking value.
  • Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund. The full booking amount is non-refundable.
  • No-show: The full booking amount is non-refundable.

Check-In & Check-Out

Guests must check in and check out at the times specified in their booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

A booking confirmation email containing guides and all the information needed to access your apartment will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this within 24 -48 hours of your arrival.

Yes. We offer airport pickup and drop-off services. Please contact us in advance to arrange your transfer.

Housekeeping is available on request throughout your stay. Please contact our team to schedule.

Yes. All guests have access to the building’s fully equipped gym and swimming pool during their stay.

Yes. High-speed fibre internet is available throughout both apartments, complimentary for all guests.

Safety & Security

Yes. The building has 24-hour security and concierge services. Your safety and privacy are our priority.

Yes. The building has full generator backup ensuring uninterrupted power throughout your stay.
