Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the L&B Signature Stays website and booking our apartments, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

 

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation email.

 

Payment

Full payment or the required deposit must be made at the time of booking. We accept payment via Paystack, Stripe, and PayPal. All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Check-In and Check-Out

Guests must check in and check out at the times specified in their booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

 

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

  • Taking reasonable care of the apartment and its contents
  • Reporting any damage or maintenance issues promptly
  • Complying with the House Rules at all times
  • Ensuring the number of guests does not exceed the stated maximum capacity

 

Damage and Liability

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. L&B Signature Stays reserves the right to charge for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

 

Cancellations

Please refer to our Booking Policy for full cancellation terms and conditions.

 

Limitation of Liability

L&B Signature Stays shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to power outages, internet disruptions, or third party service failures.

 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

 

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
